LEARNER OUTCOMES

As a result of participating in the activity 80% of participants will self-report increased knowledge in:

• identifying patients that would benefit from deprescribing and processes that can be implemented to promote deprescribing in their practice.
• scenarios in which deprescribing would benefit a patient with dementia.
• utilizing the FRAME approach for initiating the conversation about deprescribing with patients and family.
