Telehealth Access Points Toolkit for Community Organizations
Telehealth Access Points (TAPs) are dedicated public spaces where individuals can access a telehealth appointment. TAPs help make healthcare services more widely available and accessible to people in rural and underserved communities. This toolkit helps community organizations learn more about telehealth and TAPs, assess their organizational capacity to become a TAP, and provides guidance for launching new TAPs.
